Ultrasonic testing is used to detect cracks in aircraft wings from New York to Tokyo, oil pipelines from Texas to Saudi Arabia and corrosion on oil rigs from the North Sea to the Gulf of Mexico. To drive the ultrasonic transducers requires RF power. At E&I we are well known for our robust and rugged amplifiers, which we have been producing for a decade. We are proud to offer RF Power Amplifiers that are specially designed for non-destructive Testing (NDT) for implementation in OEM product and research industries. Our Class A, AB and D amplifiers have a frequency range of 10 KHz to 35 MHz.

Our suite of amplifiers can also be used for telemetry activation as well as acoustic applications; such as hydroelectric power stations and for fishing detection and herding. Our standard products come with RF power ranging from 1 to 2000 watts, an impedance of 50 Ω, and an input voltage of 81 to 240 VAC. In addition to our amplifiers, we provide state-of-the-art components including custom RF passive products, matching transformers, cables, couplers, filters, and accessories. All of our products are backed by our 3 year warranty.
